How is a return scheduled :
There are 2 ways a return can be scheduled.
- Driver scheduled return.
- The driver can schedule a return from the Buggy App by themselves without having to contact us.
- A representative scheduled return.
- Reps can schedule a return by going into BOS, opening the driver’s profile, scrolling to the bottom right to Return Info, and clicking on Schedule Return.
How is a return rescheduled :

- Driver reschedules return from the Buggy App.
- The driver can reschedule a return from the Buggy App by themselves without having to contact us.
- A representative rescheduled return.
- Reps can schedule a return by going into BOS, opening the driver’s profile, scrolling to the bottom right to Return Info, and clicking on Reschedule Return.
How to cancel a return :
There are 2 ways a return can be canceled.
- Driver cancels return from the Buggy App
- The driver can cancel the return from the Buggy App by themselves without having to contact us
- A representative can cancel the return.
- Reps can cancel a return by going into BOS, opening the driver’s profile, scrolling to the bottom right to Return Info, and clicking on Reschedule Return.
Reasons for scheduling a return :
- School
- Switch
- Weekday
- Weekend
- Vacation
- Emergency
- Repossession
- Non TLC Rental
- Too Expensive
- Needs to bring PR
- Weekend to Weekly
- Finished with Uber
- Hurt from Accident
- License Suspension
- Renting Elsewhere
- Requested by Buggy
- Driver Unresponsive
- Communication Issue
- Deactivated from Uber
- Removed from Insurance
- Moving out of State
- Uber-Lyft Regulations
- Coronavirus – Other reason
- Coronavirus – Needs to be in quarantine/Not feeling well
- Coronavirus – Leaving town
- Coronavirus – Scared of becoming infected/Drop in business
- Unable to make a payment
- Too many mechanical Issues
- Uber promotion is finished
- Will pick up a car tomorrow
- Bought a car or His car is out of the shop

Where can a driver return the car :
There are 2 locations for returns.
- If the driver picked up the car from 445 Empire Boulevard then he has to return the car at 389 Empire Boulevard in Brooklyn.
- If the driver picked up the car from 691 Burke Avenue then he has to return the car in the same location in the Bronx.
What are the return timings :
The return timings are between 9 AM to 10 AM from Monday to Friday.
If the driver returns the car later than 11 AM then they are liable to pay a late return fee of $150.
IMPORTANT: If the driver returns the car without informing us 1 week prior to returning then they will be charged a late return fee which can up to an entire week’s rent.
