A switch is basically when a driver calls in and requests that he needs to change the car. It could be because of the reasons listed below:
- Mechanical Switch
Which means the driver is having mechanical issues with his car and he would like to switch the car.
- Personal Switch
The driver wants to change the car because he wants a newer model or he does not like the one he has.
Personal switches are not offered on Mondays and Fridays.
- Pricing Switch
The driver does not want to pay rental for the car because it is expensive for him and wants a cheaper car.
- TLC Switch
The driver does not want to get the upcoming TLC inspection done and wants to switch the car.
