Customer Returns the vehicle at 389 or 445 Empire blvd, Crown Heights, Brooklyn NY. Then they /see an agent in the office to have their Account closed. They must Return the vehicle In the following Condition:
1- Clean inside Outside, otherwise Fee $40. 2- With Full gas Tank, Otherwise Fee $20 Per Quarter. We proceed to Close his Rental, Customer will have to clear his balance. If there is any additional fee, The Agent is required to cross check to confirm before proceeding to charge the customer, after verifying and ”Rental End Protocol” is done.Customer can leave, This process takes 5-10 minutes Customer Returns the vehicle at 389 or 445 Empire blvd, Crown Heights, Brooklyn NY. End Rental Detailed

● Greet the customer. “Good morning”
● Ask the customer if he already returned the vehicle or not ?
If yes post in Channel : Returns for a Return ticket, if no then ask him to Return the vehicle on 445 Empire blvd if the vehicle is “Stage 9” Return the vehicle on 389 Empire blvd if Stage 11
Stage 9 is used as a term for vehicle which do no have any Major Issues
Stage 11 is used as a term for vehicle which major repair in terms of engine or body work (was involved in accident, transmission issues, )
● 1-Check in Bos If Return was/is Scheduled or no Accordingly move to the next

 

● If says “Unscheduled return” check the “Return Created On” date
Proceed Accordingly

● 2- Several charges will show up, Damage/GAS/Cleaning/Unscheduled fee/Key fee. Check with Team lead and compare data with pickup info and proceed accordingly.

● If Says “Damage Charge” Check the pickup damage Report paper or images to compare (waive the charge if the damage was already on the vehicle if no check with the team lead )
● If it says “Gas Charge”, Check the pickup report paper or images to compare, and for the rest check with the team lead.
● 3- Rental balance/ balance must be cleared before closing the rental.
Check with Vr Manager or Billing manager if you require assistance and proceed accordingly to the next step.

● 4- Click on the “Close Return” button.

● Simply verify all the fields and proceed to the next step.

● Click on “CLOSE RETURN” to end the rental
Once it is done a new window will appear, Simply Close it
● Advise the customer: “your rental is closed successfully and you are good to go.”
● If a customer has a Deposit on file Advice him the below.

● Driver is required to call us 30 days after his vehicle return and provide us with his desired account and routing number so we can proceed to refund the amount into their account.

2Do we charge customers if they return without notice?
Yes, We charge them up to their rental’s fee. In some cases we don’t. Return timings 9-10 AM

Yes.
